Apply your primer-base under your mascara, layering as needed. Its balm-cream texture dries instantly, enveloping your lashes to add volume and length. The soft, curved brush naturally follows the shape of your lashes to gently curl them.

This primer can also be used as an overnight mask, to be rinsed off gently in the morning.
