Weld – Reseda luteola – is a typically Mediterranean plant. It was used by medieval illuminators, who knew it by its Italian name, Arzica. From the 1st to the 10th centuries CE, from Egypt to Palestine, it was the main source of yellow-orange dye for silks, and for wool for large floral-print kilim carpets from eastern Anatolia. This pigment is renowned for its incredible biological qualities.

As a brand certified by the international ECOCERT label, all our materials must be 100% recyclable or biodegradable. Our cases and bottles are made from biosourced plant-based materials and glass. Lipstick cartridges are made of aluminum. Other accessories are made of polyethylene or metal. Packaging cases are made from FSC-certified wood sourced from eco-managed French forests.
